The construction of solar power plants with a capacity of 3.0 to 10.0 mW (total capacity of 72.4 MW) is proposed in industrial sites located in the central and southern regions of Ukraine, which are reserved to a group of companies which owns by "****" LLC Ukrainian company with the right to lease for 49 years for placement, construction, operation and maintenance of buildings and facilities of power generating enterprises, institutions and organizations objects.

It is proposed to build solar power plants in the Kyiv, Odessa, Kherson, Volyn and Summy regions for commercial purposes to produce electricity and to obtain a guaranteed long-term income from electricity sale expanding renewable energy sources under the "Green tariff".

Electricity produced by solar plants will be supplied to the domestic energy market of Ukraine and is redeemed by the State at a green tariff which is currently 0.15 Euros per 1 W (the Green tariff is valid until 2030 in Ukraine).
